Next week I am headed to Houston, Texas to teach and lecture for two different guilds.

And guess what? You are welcome to come study with me. There are still spots available for ridiculously cheap—as in $35-$50 dollars for an all day workshop. These same workshops can cost as much as $180 in other venues.

How is that? Well, I charge a flat fee to the organization that contracts me to teach. Some guilds subsidize workshops so that they are not as expensive for their members. Other organizations have more overhead or are for profit. I make the same amount, but the organizations vary in what they make.
